if the difference is 300-400 elo then the weaker player has chances.
tiger has not 100% against Fritz3(p90) and the same for other top programs.

I  agree that we can learn more from games with equal hardware but these games
are not meaningless.

I remember that thorsten did some 120/40 games when tiger won Fritz6 and drew
with Fritz532.
