Then there's the timeconsuming hassle over hardware or software restrictions to
make things "fair". I find it hard to believe that anyone is capable of making
uniform rules for fair computer participation, which would be a requirement for
playing in rated tournaments and a reliable rating assessment. Thankfully, this
will also prevent the "bribing" of tournament organisers with additional prize
money.
