It seems that Rolf was excluded as a result of his behaviour outside of
the CCC.

1) Attacking the founders of the CCC from the RGCC

and

2) Using material from the CCC to create crazy conspiracy theories in
RGCC.

The charter of the CCC does not mention conduct outside of the group.
However, implicit in the charter is the desire to create a place where
computer chess ideas can be discussed freely and where members will
feel safe in contributing to the group.

In the final analysis, Rolf was excluded because his very presence here
is distruptive. The members of the CCC should feel safe to contribute
without having their words distorted, twisted, and mis-used in another
forum. While not violating the letter of the charter, Rolf's behaviour
violated its spirit.

The founders presumably have the authority to act in the best
interest of the CCC and have done so in this case. Hopefully, the
expulsion of CCC members will be an *very* rarely used measure.
