Hi Ed, we had massive email exchange but I can try again to explain it to you again: We are NOT suing Marcus Kaestner for using "foreknowlegde" in London! I have told you a hundred times to read his magazine where Marcus Kästner claims more than once to have had great influence on the opening choice of Rebel and Tiger in London. As this seems not possible for you I will translate a part of it for you here. If there is someone here who can speak both German and English and has access to this issue it might be useful to check my translation. Marcus Kästner in ChessBits 9/2000 page 13, it’s about the game Rebel – Shredder: “Ed Schroeder wanted to play all or nothing that’s why he chose the Belgrade Gambit. As Rebel had the same bad line in his book as Tiger, I recommended a different line to Ed, that in my opinion can’t be lost for white, but had great winning chances. Even though Ed was very sceptical, that this line will be played (it was simply too good for white), I showed Ed until about move 20 what Shredder in my opinion would play in this line. And really, Shredder played until the end of book of Rebel exactly those moves, that I have shown to Ed only five minutes ago.” So according to Marcus Kästner it was YOU who decided to play the Belgrade Gambit, but HE told you to play this line where Shredder came out of book lost. If this is not true and you are concerned about your good reputation you should maybe comment on the above statement of Marcus Kästner, telling us weather it is true or false. Also before you are blaming me of calling you a cheater indirectly you should check what information your operator is spreading. I also stated a hundred times that I believe that you did not cheat because I have a clear opinion who is not telling the truth and who is not in this whole story. Stefan
