The average time used by Tiger to compute each move in this game is, so
far: 1.17s. If we consider that RS1650 computed only 2 hours per move
(in fact it is more), this gives:

    RS1650 has (at least) 6168 x more time than Tiger has.

I suppose it should compensate for the hardware handicap!

If we assume an increase of only 50 elo point when you double the time,
the rating should be at least 550 point above 1573: at least 2123. If
you assume 70 points each time you double the time, we have the upper
limit of 2343 elo. The truth should be somewhere between these two
numbers.
