We can only say that we did not see a proof that Noomens book is superior.

There is even some evidence but no proof that the opposite is correct.
I did not say that I am sure that the Ruffian book is superior but the results
of Ruffian1.0.1 suggests that it may be the case.

Ruffian1.0.5 is a different case and I suspect based on posts in the winboard
forum that there is a bug in the way that it use Leo's book because it played a
bad line in one of the games that it lost to Crafty.

Aristarch4.21 still scored more than Deep Sjeng1.5 even after combining
the scores of the first division and the premier division.

I think that these results prove at least that Deep Sjeng1.5 is not
significantly better than these amateurs.

If Deep Sjeng's book is significantly better then it means that Aristarch and
Ruffian are better engines than Deep Sjeng but
results of the nunn2 match that Leo posted suggested that Deep Sjeng is better
than Ruffian
