I'll say this much, I was just about to buy CA for the first time, but this
gives me pause.

Being a longtime CB 8 user, I've decided not to upgrade to CB 9 due to problems
I've heard from friends with it. So CA 8 was looking like a good alternative.
The lack of ICC support is not critical, but it would help to have it.
Detrimental in my consideration is how the support for ICC was pulled from the
product, CA's user base will likely upgrade without realizing functionality was
lost - it's not just going to pop into your head as your looking at the ad!

So yes, I agree, the way Convekta has handled this is wrong. They should state
on the upgrade web page that ICC support has been yanked.
