It appears ICC bears some blame for not alowing CA8 to use another chess playing
site in it's program...I believe that is very narrow vision.
Here is an email sent and received from the CA8 people.

The mode ICC is not included in CA8 for the
following reasons:
 1) ICC has given consent on the
support of its zone provided that other portals
will not be supported
 2) we have developed our own
game zone, with more possibilities than one by
ICC, and we will promote it.

 It enables CA8 clients:

a) to play tournaments with prizes

b) to observe games of large tournaments (for
example Russian Championship)

 c) to have online support CA8

d) to watch lectures of grand masters

Chess Tiger 2004 is not added to CA 7.1.
Differences in force of Chess Tiger 2004 in
comparison with Tiger 15 are insignificant. UCI
engine is not provided for Chess Tiger 2004.
