What is really sad - that you dont support my vain attempt to tell the guy that
he's NOT "guilty" IF he gives a bit news about his motives to cheat. Leaving
with the exaggerated phrase "I'm guilty" has a childish factor and therefore
shouldnt be used by adults. The point is that he doesnt feel guilty at all but
he wants to imply that the community is so stubborn for not realising the very
good of his false pretending. But morally he simply cant expect that all others
congratulate him for a wonderful cheat. That would be a bit too much expected.
But again, with a couple of explanations he could well reach his goal of
receiving forgiveness. But NOT with such a dickhead... - In my view the
pretending of having developped a new chess engine isnt honest. And for that
reason he should make a couple of efforts to show that he has understood it.
From his very aggressive response I conclude that he wont understand what was
wrong with his behavior. :(
