It is not true that ALL other get different results.
When i remember it right is was you downloading a
broken version, testing them without tournament-time-controls
and only 3 minutes per move without permanent-brain.
of course if you give a program such a base, it can only disapoint you.
cstal is not designed for playing EXACT 3 minutes without
having pb. and a broken version just made for programmers to study cstals
interface for multi-engine-usage is not made for testing-purposes.
It is not all people getting worse results.
