I think its lost far earlier. How do you improve on 20...a4 21.Rf6 axb3 22.axb3
g6 ( if 22...Qe8 23.R1f3 Ra1+ 24.Kf2 and prettu soon Rh3 and bye bye black.
)23.Qh6 Ra2 24.R1f3 and its all over like in the game.

I think the game must have been lost already when doing 18...c3 if not even
before!

Perhaps already 15...Nxe5 is very bad instead of moving the queen and pressing
the knight away with f6 later.
