Not fully agreed here.
As already mentioned, book learning is supported by the CB-GUI, too. I think
that this is at least as important as the book itself for matches involving high
numbers of games between 2 opponents.

Your arguments sound quite reasonable to me.

I guess, to allow (or even suggest) for the use of the F7-book was an
unfortunate decision by SSDF. (Already, the book name itself is telling that it
belongs to Fritz.)
