People should simply stop giving money prizes for adults under 1600 and even for adults under 2200. The problem is not only cheating with computers but also to do other things. It can encourage players to train only against the computer and not participate in tournaments in order to get level that is clearly higher than 1600 but not rating that is higher than 1600 in order to win the money. This is the way to do it without cheating. Another way that is cheating and without computer is that a strong player starts to lose games on purpose in order to have a small rating. The point is that even if computer use is detected nothing can be done against players at master level that are going to win a lot of money in these tournaments. Uri
