Hi Fabien, why are you so agressiv? The Version 0.94 Beta was send to all people who wanted to test the version. Of course the source code and the GPL licence was also sent to this people. I havent released this version because it didn´t play much stronger than the 0.93 version. in my opinion it doesn´t make sense to distribute a version which is not stronger than the older version. If it is not allowed to send beta packages incl. source code and GPL-licences to some testers than i am not able to improve the program. Please tell me what i have done wrong??? why should i distribute a version which is not stronger than the old version? my mistake was that i thought that there will be soon a new stronger version which i can distribute. but that wasn´t the case! As far as i know ther was nothing illegal from my side. if so please tell it to me what was wrong. regards thomas
