I know how you feel exactly. To me it is an embarassment. I hate to say this but it seems as if the "average" chess player, at least in the US is a little off his rocker. There are a lot of nice ones too, but I think they are certainly not typical of the normal population, so many of them seem dysfunctional! Fischer just seems to be more of the same. - Don
