Unfortunately for dealers, they are a company that also sells directly to the end user. So, if you purchased the program from Chessbase in Germany directly, they shipped to you, perhaps, before they shipped to their dealers, perhaps even before the introductory date that they made public. We, as a U.S. Chessbase dealer have to wait for the product to arrive from Germany. Gambitsoft, in this instance, has a time advantage over us because they are not physically far from Chessbase. Sometimes the advantage is on our side when product is manufactured here in the States. No magic, just geography! - Steve (ICD/Your Move)
