Even though it seems like magic, it isn't.

Chessbase is the company that distributes to dealers.
Unfortunately for dealers, they are a company that
also sells directly to the end user.

So, if you purchased the program from Chessbase in Germany directly,
they shipped to you, perhaps, before they shipped to their dealers,
perhaps even before the introductory date that they made public.

We, as a U.S. Chessbase dealer have to wait for the product to
arrive from Germany. Gambitsoft, in this instance, has a time advantage
over us because they are not physically far from Chessbase.

Sometimes the advantage is on our side when product is manufactured
here in the States.

No magic, just geography!
