It is just that, given the current event horizon, following the currently calculated best possible trajectory, the eval function returns a negative number. What did you expect? The result of the eval function must be positive, negative, or zero. And it can only see ahead as many plies as time allows. Post the position and I will give you the C.A.P. analysis for it.
