I will defer to Bob Hyatt on the 2450 ceiling for the current generation of
programs.

The ratings for the older programs were established by the CRA at the time. I
believe the Mach IV was 2325 and the Super Connie was 2018. In addition, I am a
Class A player and can verify that the Super Connie is indeed an expert. Other
old programs on the SSDF also seem underrated. To name just a few:

Fidelity Par Excellence 1835
Novag Super Expert 1838
Fidelity Mach III 1993

I owned these programs and can verify that they are underrated, at least by USCF
standards.
