Analyze the game on another computer, using other programs, have a bunch of friends analyzing with you, and when you find a better move, overrule your program... This is not done in CCT frequently (I hope not), because the stakes are not high there. It is just a test tournament. But when you hold the world championship in that format, you should expect some serious problems to arise. IIRC, FIDE held one preliminary stage of world championship tournament online.
