As moderator email seemed to not work I tried to answer in some more humorous way ( easy as I am not involved at all :-) ) . Furthermore the person calling himself Ritter Rost somehow suggests he is either Mr Weiner or some of the adressed people of the letter ; leaving away the legal stuff it is all bad manners at least .
