Actually, winning the WMCCC or WCCC events _does_ mean something.  Just not
what _many_ think it means.

:)

It just means that on that particular week, that particular program played
better than the other programs.  Doesn't say a thing about how the programs
would do against humans, or how later versions would do against _anything_.
